The Definition of a Follower

The art of following is the foundation of the Leadership Pyramid. You must be an effective follower before ascending the other levels and moving into more demanding roles.

Identifying your management style in this phase will allow you to change and define the style of leadership that will ultimately fit you best.

Leading the charge into the future can be a difficult task. This phase is a time to refine your skills and inspire people to follow you while remembering where you started.

Sharing the vision to innovate is critical to the success of leaders in any business. Life at the top is the culmination of your experiences through the pyramid.

A follower is someone who has directly reported to someone above them without having employees directly report to them while in their position.
