Work Readiness Skills
There have been several articles written recently on work readiness skills and whether or not employees entering the marketplace have them. Some employees may while others may not. If you are not sure what work readiness skills are to an employer here is the simple answer to the question. Work readiness skills are the basic fundamentals of business behavior such as listening, problem solving, communication skills, reading comprehension, and writing. Jealousy Spawns Bad Behavior in the Workplace
During difficult times the true behaviors of employees emerge. Some employees who see the best in others are supportive to their colleagues and are willing to do whatever it takes to rise above the controversy and gossip. Their values are high and this rise above attitude keeps them from sinking to the lower level behavior.
