Meet the President

Jennifer Streeter, President
For the past twenty years, author and executive coach Jennifer Streeter has been managing, coaching, and leading employees in a variety of working environments from government to Fortune 500 organizations. She worked her way up from front line positions through managerial roles and into executive level positions. In addition to working in both the public and private sector, Jennifer has also spent time as a college professor with three different universities that focus on adult education. In her position as a college professor, she facilitates leadership courses specifically in the disciplines of Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Change Management - areas vital to the success of any organization. Jennifer’s experience with Human Resources provides her with a unique insight on balancing practical business application and legal perspective to keep managers from making unnecessary and costly mistakes.
Jennifer decided to start her own company to share her experience with a broad range of employees, in particular those who want to balance strategic leadership and day-to-day management. This is an area where organizational leaders can always refine their skills. Her organization is founded on the principles of the Leadership Pyramid, and it is engrained in every aspect of its operation.
As new generations of workers come forward, the approach to leadership and management needs to evolve. At the same time, new generations of workers must also be acquainted with the philosophies that have made their predecessors successful. Learning to lead from the ground up reinforces the premise that employees must understand the tactical aspects of the business in order to be successful as leaders in their industry.
Jennifer is a firm believer in continuous education and, as such, holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and a master’s of business administration in Leadership Studies. She is affiliated with many professional and charitable organizations.
